Prepare for the Circle

Each gathering has its own rhythm — some quiet and reflective, some fiery and full of release. Here’s how to prepare:

• Find a comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted

• Bring a pen and paper for journaling and notes

• Optional: Have a candle ready for our lighting ceremony (or join in energetically if you prefer)

• Optional: You may light incense or use a cleansing tool if that feels right to you
