This 7 minute Transmutation Meditation is themed around the sabbat Imbolc and Goddess Brigid (the Goddess of the crossroads). This meditation can be used at any point throughout the year, but taps into the symbolic nature of Imbolc’s purifying energy as well as Goddess Brigid’s transformational guidance. Transmutation allows us to transform the energy of what no longer serves us turning it into something we do prefer — a perfect meditation to do before any transmutation spell or ritual.
